TERMS OF USE BETWEEN RBSL GROUP, INC. , DBA UNSECUREDLINE.COM (“RBSL”),AND CLIENT

1. This website and all its content (“site”) are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws.
2. This site does not provide legal advice. 
3. Client receives limited use of this site for internal, personal, and non commercial purposes. 
4. Client shall not copy, print, republish, display, distribute, transmit sell, rent, lease, and/or modify this site for any purposes.
5. Client shall not create independent links to this site. 
   
6. Client shall not disclose to and keep confidential from third parties any information from this site, including lender lists, provided by RBSL through site.    
   
7. Client shall not provide any third parties any access to this site.
   
8. Client shall not lend, transfer, or distribute his/her rights to this site.
   
9. Within a 30 day period, Client shall a)  Apply to all provided lenders for all lines of financing; b)  Send RBSL all lender approval and/or denial letters; and c)  Pay RBSL $250.00 towards each line of funding for which Client does not apply and/or does not send RBSL approval and/or denial letters. 
   
10. Client shall permit RBSL to use the payment information that Client has already provided to enforce the terms of this site. 
    
11. Client shall hold harmless any liability, loss, claim, and/or expense that Client incurs through the misuse of this site. 
    
12. RBSL disclaims any and all express and/or implied warranties with respect to the contents, use, and/or reliance on this site.
    
13. RBSL shall not be liable for any liability, loss, claim, and/or expense from Client’s use of this site.
    
14. RBSL may seek any remedies necessary to enforce the terms of use of this site.
    
15. The laws of the State of Utah shall govern the interpretation of these terms of use, the Courts of the State of Utah shall possess exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from these terms of use, and the Third Judicial District Court, State of Utah, Salt Lake County, West Jordan Department, shall be the exclusive venue for any disputes that may arise from these terms of use.
    
16. These terms of use shall be interpreted consistently with any and all other contracts, terms of use, and/or terms and conditions that Client has signed with RBSL.
