Financial Needs Diagnosis
Oftentimes business owners need capital to expand, but have little experience in assigning a budget or cost accounting model to their plan.  Additionally, most commercial loan providers or brokers tend to specialize in a specific type of financing, and therefore cannot give the business owner advice relative to anything outside their immediate expertise.  RBSL offers a diagnosis service wherein one of our Senior Credit Analysts will interview the business owner to uncover needs, current preparedness levels, and other details that will allow us to give the business owner a solid path to achieving their expansion financing.  Usually the result is that the business owner will need several types of commercial financing, will be able to stage it, and save thousands of dollars along the way.  The diagnosis service carries a cost of $500 (for most versions). 

Operational Needs Diagnosis
Many business owners struggle to scale their business as it grows.  The transition from wearing all the hats, to just several hats, to just one hat is difficult.  Automating systems and collecting reports is not as simple as you might think.  The Operational Needs Diagnosis will address all operational aspects of the business to uncover potential problem areas.  The diagnosis service carries a cost of $500 for most versions.

Sales/Marketing Needs Diagnosis
When a business owner first starts his or her business, lots of time is spent selling and marketing the products or services of the business.  Later on as the focus shifts to fulfillment and financial solvency, oftentimes the sales and marketing components of the business system are not updated.  The Sales/Marketing Diagnosis offered by RBSL will uncover weaknesses in the marketing plan. 

Business Plan Review
Business plans are not as relevant for most types of commercial financing as they once were.  More importantly, the business plan is the strategic path to growth, dominance, stability, and healthy profitability.  RBSL offers business plan reviews with an emphasis on strategic planning, and pricing is only offered after a cost-free interview is taken with the business owner. 

Business Coaching/Consulting
RBSL offers consulting to small businesses relative to operations, marketing, finance, and sales.  A fee of $250/hour is typical, but discounted rates are offered for bundled purchases. 

Website Services
RBSL offers complete website design, development, content, and hosting.  Typical website/email packages start at $500.  In addition to the website creation and hosting, RBSL also offers SEO services.
