Richard Ferguson, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of RBSL Group, has 8 years experience owning and operating small to medium size businesses. He offers his extensive expertise in consulting with small business owners on all aspects of business development, leadership, marketing, sales, funding, and finance. Richard sold his first company in 2004 after growing it to become the largest service provider in its industry, with over $12,000,000 in annual revenues. Through proven experience Richard has gained the know-how necessary for all aspects of business development, and is an invaluable asset to the RBSL Group executive team and their clients. |

Levi King, Chief Development Officer for RBSL Group, has 10 years experience with in operating and working with small to medium sized businesses. He offers the unique vantage point of having been in the small business owners’ shoes, having successfully started, grown, and sold a number of various businesses.
Levi's first business was an electric sign, awning, and neon company, which successfully employed 15 people and had over a million in annual sales. He sold that company along with a sister company in 2003, and has started several successful companies since. Levi has learned first hand the struggles a small business owner faces when trying to secure financing, and the importance of capital in business development. His experience and dedication to making the process understandable and easier make him an essential part of the RBSL Group executive team. |

Brett Child, Senior Vice President of Sales for RBSL Group, started his first small business in 1985, and has spent over 20 years working in a variety of management and sales positions within telecom, retail, and distribution companies. He has experienced the gambit of the business spectrum, including hyper-growth of triple digits annually for several years, corporate down-sizing, and declining sales. He has also been brought in as an expert to help turn around a failing business. Brett’s education and background working with small business owners has given him the ability to quickly and accurately assess a company’s financial needs. Brett’s know-how and efficiency help to ensure quick results throughout the entire coaching process. Brett has a BS in Business Administration and an MBA in International Business.

He has a varied background in industries including equipment leasing and finance, training and consulting, and retail and wholesale sales.. He has a BA in accounting and is a CPA in the state of Utah. With education and experience in regulatory compliance risk management and equipment leasing, a vast background in finance, as well as his consulting experience with major companies across the country, including GE Capital, IBM, and more, Mark offers the clients of RBSL Group professionalism and experience that is hard to match. |

With Neighborhood Gold, David successfully increased revenue from $9,435,000 (Sept. 2002) to $15,359,245 (July 2004), and eventually became President of the company. With expertise in process management, and a great deal of education including a BA, BS, and MS David has developed an eye for detail, is thorough to the extreme, analytical, and is dedicated to making sure RBSL Group is as efficient as possible when it comes to your business financing needs. He is dedicated to creating value for you, the customer, and meeting both your long and short-term needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. |
